I was quite surprised to see the above headline and a little disappointed that it went on to ramble about repair costs rather than stick to the subject matter.
Here at ooops! we try to make things as convenient for our customers as we can. That is why we introduced our online quotation system and it has proved to be a great success with many jobs a day being priced in this away. OK so you might have to upload some photo’s but that can be done from the comfort of your home or office. No need to come down and get someone to physically see it.
In most cases we are very accurate with our quoting, needless to say sometimes the damage is worse than initially expected or in some instances the photo’s have been taken at preferred angles. All in all we see it as part of our overall customer care plan as we believe that the levels of service received are one of the main reasons for choosing ooops!
