Can you match any colour ?

We've yet to find a colour that we can't match!

All vehicles have a paint code, usually in the log book or on the car itself, using this code in conjunction with manufacturers data and our computerised paint formulae, we mix exactly the right paint for your repair, this ensures the colour is perfect every time, including metallic and pearlescent paint


How long will it take ?

One of the benefits of the technology employed by ooops! is that it allows us to do relatively quick repairs, most "trim" jobs can be completed within the hour, however, if we expect it to take longer we will tell you before we commence work and any paint work will take a whole day


Can you do it while I wait ?

Definitely, yes, we have a comfortable lounge with magazines to read while we keep you fed with doughnuts, there's also plenty of complementary tea or coffee

Can I leave my car with you if I can't wait ?

Yes, we are fully insured and would be happy to look after your vehicle, we are here until 9pm every evening so you can return at your leisure


How can I pay ?

We prefer any major debit or credit card.  We accept cheques as a pre-payment 4 days before we commence work. And for those that want ooops! to keep it a secret... we will take cash!
