just a quick note to say Karl has done a fabulous job on the car all sorted and back to good again, at only £59, amazing! I am really grateful to him, but didn't see him as I left, you were very busy, so please thank him for me, its a really good operation you have there, quick and efficient service with friendly and helpful staff.
Having had such a positive experience with ooops! I'd never take my car anywhere else for repairs.
Whilst I was waiting, the other clients were swapping nightmare kitchen stories, made mine not seem quite as bad, although it is!!!
